We take extra special care when packaging our fragile items for shipping. This adds to the cost of shipping but ensures that your package will be delivered without breakage.
We offer a flat ship rate of $12.00 anywhere in the continental United States (does not include Hawaii and Alaska). Items are shipped by USPS. We insure all items and can email a tracking number upon request.
As a Pennsylvania based business, we are required to collect 6% sales tax.
Our items are hand painted to order and can take 7 - 10 business days to ship.
We are located in Swarthmore, PA. Shipping times for the West Coast is 5- 7 business days. We can offer express delivery through USPS. Please contact us for additional ship charges.
Our items are bubble wrapped, boxed, and come with a tulle ribbon. If your package arrives broken, you MUST keep the original carton and packing materials. Call us immediately to report the damage. We will give you instructions on how to have your item replaced. If you disgard of the materials, we are unable to process your claim.
We do not include any invoices with your order. Please print a copy of your order for your reference.
